Acumentum applies an approach that considers the tangible and intangible value generated or realised for all players in the business network. These knowledge-oriented goals focus the Business Analysis.

Our success is based upon a strong commitment to formal Project Management methodologies especially CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) with a focus on milestones, deliverables and on user centred design for the customer. We overlay this with the emerging standard AS8018 to focus on the organisation and the management systems to plan, delivery and improve quality services. Apart from Acumentum’s core service of delivering projects, services also include support services through support agreements, change requests, adhoc support for non-regular customers.

Through Acumentum’s quality and continual improvement approach through CMMI and ISO9000 experienced staff, many areas of the AS8018 standard have already been met. Processes and procedures for all services listed above are in place and are continually reviewed and monitored for improvement and performance.
